The gods never died. They were imprisoned inside the weapons they once wielded. Theseus, kept alive for 3,000 years as the living lock, is finally freed when a mortal archaeologist accidentally shatters Poseidon’s trident. Every broken divine weapon across the world begins bleeding light and calling its owner back. Zeus, Athena, Ares, Hades all crawl out of their prisons as half-rotted titans of bronze and rage. The final war is fought on the surface of a dead Mediterranean turned to glass: gods against gods, mortals against myth, Theseus holding the last unbroken Bow of Hercules as the only thing that can kill an immortal twice.
